If Blachhawks could not repair while in flight, would you mind them having rockets like preview video?

I dont really care. Gunners do well anyway.

Would be nice to have some sort of machinegun or something for the driver so you arent completely vunerable when you are in transport alone.

The only thing I don't like about Blackhawks is the ability to cap a flag regardless if enemy ground units are defending within the flag radius.

Everything else about the Blackhawk is fine, but it should not be allowed to cap (or cap slower) while ground defense is present.

Now that I think about it, i'm glad DICE didn't include the UH-60 gunship in. The UH-60 here can already rip off infantry and transports. Now think what happens when this beast has rockets, main battle tanks and APCs won't become a problem anymore and the pilot won't need to rely on gunners to destroy a target on the front.

All you need to do for this is have it so that a Blackhawk, nomatter how full it is, only counts as one person in the capture radius. But still have everyone get the points for capping the flag. THEN I wouldn't mind the Blackhawk having pilot controlled weaponry.

I don't think any vehicle in the game should be allowed to repair in-flight, especially the Seahawk.

Well first off how can you have no problem with the blackhawk??? It can take two direct tank shells. Thats without the 4 engineers repairing inside. That is the same armor as the tank???? Only a tank cannot repair itself with a engineer inside? Let alone 4. A blackhawk can fully repair itself with engineers in 4 seconds or less. Now the guns can shoot the entire map away with zero deviation or bullet arc? Also can you imagine trying to aim that gun while your chopper is swaying all over the place? It would be like trying to wrestle a giant fire hose on a fire truck.

we have enough gunships as is, that'll make the game unbalanced since the US would have 2 gunships then, plus the miniguns are good enough

I would like it to see a fixed machine for the pilot!

I've been saying it all along... hoping it would sink in. Too many people learn about the military from Hollywood it seems.

i've had the blackhawk cap a flag too, while i was standing, basically at, against, and under the flag. I thought, wow. Lame. Im here, how can they possibly "own" / "cap" the flag??? Mind blowing at the very least.
Anyways, i wouldnt mind the blackhawk having the rockets, that were shown in pictures released from DICE. DICE showed the gaming world, (buyers) that that blackhawk was in the game, by simply showing it to be in the game.
Couple things would happen with the rockets on board.
1.) Pilot would try to get kills, thus ruining chances of the mini gun shooters getting good kills, cuz the pilot would be pointed down, and moving around in an odd fashion.
2.) Most people would jump into it and leave. That would make the blackhawk, be pretty much a one person machine, cuz lets face it, people are selfish. They'll get in, and go. (if it had rockets).

However, they do need to lower the armor on the thing.
Lower the amount of time via flag captures in flight, or remove capturing in air all together. Lets face it, YOU CANT own a flag from the air. NOt really. HOw many times have you watched a blackhawk come in. You hide 30 feet away. Wait for it to leave, then recap the flag, with Zero Opposition, 20 seconds later. It doesnt make sense. It comes, caps, leaves. You recap. What happened? Nothing. Should it have to land to cap, you might be presuded to take shots at it, and maybe even OWN it, and its occupants, while its on the ground.
And last but not least, it makes zero sense to be able to "FIX" it while its flying. That really is stupid. It should have to fly off to the helo pad for repair, or land somewheres, while the engineer GETS OUT, then repairs it. Its only logical, and game balancing at the same time.
A good crew in a blackhawk, really can own a map. Granted it takes some teamwork and what not, but its completely not a balanced deal. The mec transport is so far off from comparison, that, well, it cant be compared.
Other then that, I actually enjoy seeing a fully loaded blackhawk. It helps my score out.
