Just wondering which is the best way to fly a heli or a jet in BF2. Keyboard or Joystic???? It seems difficult to do it with keyboard, i cant handle all things together.

depends, i can fly the helo with mouse and keyboard just fine, i think its more of how your coordination works, and i can fly the jets just fine with mous and keyboard, the maps are a bit small for me yo use a joystick. try both out and see which you are more comfortable with

Helo - Mouse and WASD
Im getting joystick to replace my old one (that happened to stop working AFTER i took off in a plane, leaving me to fly precariously with the arrow buttons.)
joysticks make helo flying really hard, actually, but make plane flying a doddle.

i fly with the keyboard only jus using arros wasd and space bar...i like the control i have plus its how i have been flying helis since DC

I keep hearing that mouse/keyboard for choppers but I use a flight stick for jets and choppers. No matter what control scheme you use, the choppers still can't yaw worth a sh1t. I doubt that EA will address this issue. Anyway, for me, it's all flight stick. Just be sure to turn up the sensitivity for the chopper controls.

the general layout has been posted above..

helo = mouse & kb
jet = joystick

I do just fine in any helo with mouse and kb, just jack up sensitivity to help reduce your crater making skillz :)

WSAD?! What a bunch of rookies - why not EDSF? You have more options for other controls.

For flying - force feedback joystick all the way.

Heli - definately mouse. Much smoother action. At least for me
Jet - definately joystick. Yes you can fly jet with mouse and be good with it, but when it comes to dogfights joystick is the way to survive. Why? Cause you can control your planes speed and manevour faster

ok, so someone is a noob if they spend a lot of money on a professional stick.

in case you didnt know jviper57, planes are actually flown with joysticks in real life, not a mouse.
