I made this thread cause people accuse others of being bad at the game in the forums by calling them noobs and comparing their K/D,and my point is No one can really suck at this game unless its non skill factor related .Am I accusing someone in particular? Am I? Do you see me talking like a little kid who can't hold his temper?

The game is so easy, I find it weird that so many people get low scores even when they try. When I go on killing sprees(with a medic) I always find it strange how people could be playing so poorly. Sometimes I play poorly but only because I don't feel like trying at the moment.

I really don't see how anyone can be bad at this game despire a lot of people accusing other's of sucking at the game.

I really think once you get to a level where you played FPS for about a year or so, you can't really suck anymore and your improvement will be more determined by your system specs then skill.

BTW im talking about infantry shooting, not flying etc.

The only way to suck at this game is to NOT have fun playing it.

Impatience is probably many peoples problem. I play very well when I am patient and calm and play like **** when I am not.

THis is totally me. . .and it is self-perpetuating. I get impatient and die and then, becuase of that, I get more impatient, which means I die faster, which means I get more impatient and die faster. . .AHHHHH!

And, I have to disagree with the idea of if you are good at an FPS you will be good at this game. When I play HL2 I generally kick ass. If I don't win, I am second. However, in this game, I get owned all the time. HL2 is about quick reflexes and just straight up killing with no regard for yourself. BF2 is about team work, patients and complete regard for one's self. They are, IMO, VERY different games and it has taken me a while to adjust to this one (and I am still adjusting).

Im not trying to brag Im talking about how people keep calling everyone else a noob because they are bad at the game....

Game isnt hard....I mean all you gota do is move your mouse to the right position and click,and anyone who used a pc before can do that pretty much the same.

That's my point, I think people confuse too much with off days and not trying with skill.

To say this games 'easy' is a fairly stupid point considering in order for someone to be good in the same round people have to be playing bad.

Hey, my name is bob, I play support and engineer all the time and I own everyone. Problem is that owning engineers and support doesnt exist, as noobtubes and medics have conquered the lands. So im unreal.

hmm let see, if you're good with a high score, then people claim you're a cheater, if you take it down a notch and dies, you're a noob, what do you have to do to be called a good/decent player?? though i'm not really into these more arcadish style of FPS game(multiplayer specifically) i think my stats are ok. though i dont really go out shooting and capping people, i've dont alot more things in the "supportive" way that help others than meself

Depends. It could be because you arent on your prefered army, so you get kits and weapons that are useless. Often I have had complete crazy annoying death streaks. Just spawning then getting killed by arty or an apc or tank just constantly over and over. Well of course you get good score you are a god damn medic. Like people who play as kits that dont get as much teamwork score and not all that decent weapons. Its funny because im allways first on my team maybe apart from one guy ahead of me but by the kill death ratio you can obviously see they vehicle whore. And I allmost had the same kills and I had only been killing with an assault rifle.

Sometimes its lag and sometimes its luck.

lol! Sounds like you play the sniper alot

Besides not all ppl can do the point-and-click the same..just look at my father after 5 years of using PC every day at work. This matters especially when u can kill someone if u do the point-and-click 0.2 seconds faster than the other person. And then theres the whole stand/crouch/prone-dilemma and the problematics of moving around unseen and capturing flags thingy.

Thinking your way, anything is simple: how can anyone suck at soccer..all u gotta do is score.

Theres so many reasons why someone is getting low scores... Maybe he's trying to get that pistol badge. Maybe he's getting used to playing with a different kit. Maybe he just bought the game that morning.

But most of all i think the low scoring ppl don't have a grasp on the tactics and dont know how to attack the enemies weakest points respectively.

this game has a lot to do with luck imo.
i don't know how many times i have come up behind a guy and thought, damn, i'm gonna win, only to have him turn around and 1 shot me. there's a lot of stuff that doesn't make sense in these games.

you sound like an ignorant, "i'm the leetest of the leet" players out there who just want to put people down. i've been playing fps games for several years and i'm still not great at them. especially games like this where the maps are so huge, or you can hide anywhere almost, or just ****ty game mechanics. i do better in game like soldier of fortune 2 with smaller maps.

if i put my crosshairs on a guy i expect the bullets to hit. i don't want to be 3 feet from a guy and shoot my saw at him on full auto and only have like 3 bullets actually hit him.
