I says :

400 global hours of playing time
All basic kit badges

I'm have only like 90 hours, but those who already reached the 400 hours, did they earn this medal ?

its 500 hours and all basic battle badges i only hav 140 hours or so i dont think anyone has it yet cept for the highest ranked people
