wait wait wait so i spent 50$ on BF2 just for them to come out with better versions of BF2?

Yes, but you need to buy BF2 first before you can install/play the expansion packs, this is the way with all expansions , if it's EA or some other game developer/producer, they all do the same.

isn't bf: sf geared toward the lonewolf type? so maybe this expansion is a good thing for the teamplayers...

No, BF:SF will be more for teamplayers, more infantry less vehicles, for most of the flag points, you have to get out your vehicle because you can't reach them with a vehicle (indoor stuf).

why cant they just hav all these features in one game but just add more maps to the game -.-

like tear gas grappling hook all in bf2 already but add those new maps from SF so people wont b divided and what not >_<

I have a premonition that EA might just give all the SFERs grappling hooks and zip lines and tell them to play with the regualr bf2ers so the regular bf2ers have to upgrade if the new toys.

because this is EA, they dont give a **** about us (much) they just want more money.

it works exactly like a Total Conversion Mod. (from what i understand, could be wrong) You will be able to play both games, but you can not play the expansion unless you have BF2 first.
