Probably pre-order. They will take your money, then let you know that it's backordered, and you will receive it as soon as it's out. That way, they have a sale, get the cash, deposit it in the bank, draw interest on it, and ship when they are ready. :)

Not to trash talk or anything, but there were a few people that got burnt pre-ordering, they got the game in some cases weeks after it was released. Personally, I'll get some exercise running to the store....that is if they ever release 1.03.

Just wait a month or two after release ... it will be cheaper. The retail for BF2 was about $50.00, but after a month or so, Fry's had it here for about $35.00. Somebody will run specials. It won't be $30.00 forever.
