How do i make teamspeak work?

are you talking about Teamspeak the program? or the VOIP that is included with the game? for voip that is part of the game you have to be a squad member then you press "b"(think that was the default) key to talk to your squad.

Yes, it is B to talk to your squad, and I believe N (or V) to talk to your commander if you're a squad leader (and you have a commander.)
