Knife exploit?
I have seen it, but I don't know how it works. On Mashtuur City map few guys killed each other, but there was a catch - whenever one guy killes other with a knife, he gets 6 kills for one kill! At the end of a round he got 370 points! 
Other thing he was doing is this - all of the time he randomly picked one player from the list and put him on vote kick so nobody could kick him.
So, how does this work, can it be prevented in some way etc. Has anybody else seen this?!?

Is there a way to terminate player accounts like this one?
