Before I bought bf2 i read about how so many people had problems with it (Blue screens of death, crashing to desktop, etc. etc.), but after 2 weeks of heavy playing I havent experienced any of these. I was just wondering how many people also play bf2 with out any problems.

ive never had anyone problems and i have probally the worse computer out of anyone in the Bf2 community lmao

i've had no problems on my 1 computer, and very rare crashes to desktop on my other just after loading on the earlier versions. This wasn't a problem though, just had to boot up the game again.

I have had crashing problems and a lot of bugs that were mentioned, but I too have noticed that the game has crashed less often. This is probably cause i dont play it as consistantly anymore. It not like the game changed at all since the last patch so the likelyhood of crashes and the like should also have not changed.

i havent ctd in a long time but i wish the game performed better

I have had 2 problems. None of which were EA or DICEs fault. First was crashing on map load. After a few emails between me and EA had my problem sorted. (This just prooves that with cooperation and politeness there is nothing wrong with EAs conduct). Then I had a problem with performace which i corrected myself accidently.

Never had any performance issues either and I play it a lot.
Only issues I have are gameplay related, mainly the (non)heatseeking missiles.

I've had CTD but fixed it and the game plays fine.

Bit of bugs bit of lag but no prob cos I upgraded ma comp

No, that's were you're wrong. The stingers are perfectly for hitting aircraft and helos as long as they're on your team.
