Missing Awards.

I seem not to be getting awards I have qualified for. Does anyone else have this problem. I should have my Basic command badge, Armored Service Ribbon and probably a purple heart.

Are you sure you're understanding the requirements correctly? For Basic Command, you need 40 command points in one round.

For Armored Service you need to spend 20 minutes in an armored vehicle in one round AND have 19 kills using an armored vehicle in one round.

To get the purple heart, you gotta suck for one round.

Not sure if this is true but, are you staying in the game until the end of the Match??? I think that you have to stay in game until end for the Stats/Ribbons to be recorded. I could be wrong thou, if anyone else knows feel free to respond

if u get disconnected or the server crashes u lose the data i think

While your playing in the round if you qualify for a medal/badge/ribbon it will appear in the upper right corner. You'll also get a notification saying "You've been recommended for a medal."

If you ain't seen it, you ain't got it. Change your filters (in Gamespy or BF2) to Ranked Only and you won't have to worry about playing on a non-ranked server.

If you've seen the medal appear on the screen and you still don't have it then sometimes you have to log out and log back in. If you still ain't got it your screwed. I lost 3 medals and a butt load of points cause EA's servers were down or something like that. EA won't do anything for you either. Keep playing and you'll get'em back.....Eventually.

Thanks for your reply's fella's. I am playing on ranked servers. maybe I am just not getting the requirements. I thought I was, I have printed out the awards from this site and going off that.. Sorry I haven't replyed sooner... been busy at work..

The real suck comes in when you get booted from a server when you get 2-3 awards in one round. Had this happen the other night - I swear they were booting me just for getting my awards. Bastages!!!

I believe its a time limet thing and not the end of a match, though you cannot go in stay a minute get the badge and leave and expect to see it in your stats.
