Whats up with the busy server?

How come evertime i try to get into the forums i have the stupid "the server is to busy at the moment" message! I cant view anything! Its ****in me off. Any of you admins know whats goin on?

The server is too busy.... too many people are trying to access the forums at the same time, and the server can't handle it.
