Help installing custom maps on server

* The folder containing the map must be named in lowercase characters and must not contain whitespaces (i.e. "map_name" instead of "Map Name"; use underscores instead of blanks / whitespaces)

* The info-folder inside the map-folder must be named in lowercase characters (i.e. "info" instead of "Info")

* server.zip must be named in lowercase characters ("server.zip" instead of "Server.zip", does NOT apply to contents of the archive)

* mapname.desc (inside info-folder inside map-folder) must be named in lowercase characters ("mapname.desc" instead of "MapName.desc")

Afterwards add the maps as usual, i.e.:

maplist.append "living_hell" "gpm_cq" 16

bfeditor.gotfrag.com

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I download the map, upload it via an FTP client to my /mods/bf2/levels folder, restarted the server, but the map doesn't show up in BF2CC.

It's a linux server...if that matters.

Is there a step I'm missing?

oops....the info folder had an upper case "I"

The map didnt load, idk why, i put everything like u said but the server starts but it says no game and the map doesnt load

nvm i got it to work the desc name didnt match the name in the bf2 server
