Trouble Getting Ribbons...

I was in a server for about 40 mins as squad leader and i have 800+ global teamwork points yet i didn't get the Infantry Officer Ribbon.

I also didn't get the Meritous Unit Ribbon when i should have.

Anyone else finding they aren't recieving ribbons when they should be?

this happend to me too but i think its in a round not in a server so try playing on servers that last long
