You need to extract the contents of the rar file, the video is inside. It's just like a zip file.

Using Winrar to extract the contents and then you can play with media player etc.

For me it said could not read the i could pick if i wanted to chose my own player or ask the internet, of corse i asked the internet u need to have a program called WinRAR then u have to do some other stuff.

You just need to do as others said.Just download a program to get the rar file such as winrar.It is just like compressing any file rar is just a different way of compressing.
