Can I keep my accounts and uninstall BF2?

Recently I've had some problems with BF2 (im thinking its the mods). Anyway, its almost like the textures are missing. ITs different each round, one round the guns will be black, the other the plants will be black, others the soldiers hands will be black. Can I reinstall bf2 without losing my player profiles?

Should be able to, they are held in your profile in your my documents IIRC. And even if you delete them in there, they are still held on EA's main servers so all you have to do is retrieve them in the main menu after you reinstall.
