Well as you can see i have 1050 Global Points, and under my BFHQ or whaytever my Rank is full. And i Logged out and Logged back in, and played on a server till it said i upgraded my rank, i then logged out and back in.. And the bar is still at full and my rank is Still First Class Private.. So what i do now?

Don't just leave the server after you just get the rank. I did the same thing, and the same thing happened. Get more kills/points (around 20) then leave. Quit the game, and go back in. It should have updated. -

Looks like it's worked ok since yer LC now with 1400 points.
