Can someone make a map pack of all the current maps but with permanent bases?

I would like a map pack of all the current offical maps but have it so that all the flags are neutral except for the main bases.

Example: Convert this:



into



for the following maps:

• Dragon Valley (above)
• Gulf of Oman
• Kubra Dam
• Mashtuur City
• Operation Clean Sweep
• Sharqi Peninsula
• Songhua Stalemate
• Strike at Karkand

Add a suffix of "_balanced".

I would do this myself, but I crash when loading these maps on my computer.

i m not sure if that is possible since the source files for the original maps which editor needs are not available to us. I saw this somewhere on EA forums and people were asking about it. But i don't think anybody from DICE will provide the source files.
