Is it Impossible to Contact EA?

Ive looked everywhere but cant find how, im trying to contact EA via Email about my account but i dotn know how i was wondering if anyone else knows because i got basic pistol and veteran pistol award back to back a while ago but now when i get 7 pistol kills it pops up that i just recieved the basic award i think this is holding me back from the expert award because i hav over 200 pistol kills and when i play on knife pistol only servers and i get 18 kills it doesnt register

If you know how to contact EA please tell me

I"m told that you need 500 kills +18 in 1 round. Cause if it's only 100 I should have mine as well

yes for the expert pistol you need 500 global +18 IAR. the knife is the only one with 100 global +18 IAR

so if you say you have 200 global pistol kills. then you need to do some more work.. once you get 500 you should get the badge

contacting them is easy getting results or even an answers related to your question is the hard part. Took me 30 emails back and forth with them to answer back that we are not able to change are in game names at all.

100 is for the expert knife NOT pistol. u need 500 for that.

i contacted them about this and they told me to delete my profile in my docs and my account will b fine since its registered in their servers

MY A** when i did it i knew itd b wrong because hey its EA!

i did what they said and their servers read me as a new recruit so i quickly restored my files and just said f*** it
