there is a spawn point on the other side of the building, go through the fence, run around and shoot you in the back. You would never know they were there.
Exactly. Also note the guns have a limited arc. Once you're outside that arc (coming from the front/back of the helicopter), you're easy pickings.
If I'm on the MEC side of Mashtuur City and we're getting owned by the Black Hawk, I will switch to SpecOps, run to the AA on the Spawn Point, shoot it down (if I'm lucky), and either plant C4 on it when it spawns again or hop in and mow them suckers down. I couldn't really care less if that hurts someones feelings because it's helping my team capture flags. And Mashtuur is really the only map where this applies, I've never seen a Black Hawk own anything on maps with attack helos and jets.

yes it is. spawn camping is spawn camping. its still lame no matter what excuses you use to justify it to yourself.
See screen, I was mec, sneaked to the BH spawn point, it wasn't there but I went to the back of spawn point, BH spawned, got in fast and took the gunner seat, few moments later the USMC started to spawn there for there beloved BH , but they all got pierced by the minigun
And this is a new tactic how? Actually, you pose a problem handled quite well with a grenade launcher. Some n0000000b tried that crap on me once while on the aircraft carrier. As soon as I respawned, poof. He was dead.

Agreed. IMO this map is very unbalanced. Perhaps if they gave both sides an attack helo, it might work out a little better. I've thought maybe they should have uncappable spawn points at the respective helo pads, but imagine the Black Hawk camping that would surely happen. Any opinions on what would improve this map, or think it's fine the way it is?
if you mec just play AT and man the GTA turret at your helo base. Though you can't see the BH just keep scanning and you'll still be able to lockon...took out the first 2 fully loaded BHs...even got a ribbon for it, heh. Funny thing was they came a third time and somehow the pilot hit the ground and killed everyone in the BH and it was still intact...weird...just sitting there..so I go grab the sucka and and cruised around and picked up some excited mecs, lol. Finally died but the map was firmly in hand probably due to the 5+ dudes waiting for BH to spawn and why it wasnt, heh.
