What settings do you run it on and what are your fps??? I could get 40-60 on max setting but when i turn in a corner i get LOW fps like 18 and i get low fps in corners no matter what my settings are...low,med,high or max.

This doesn't relate to your question, but seing as this is a FEAR thread, I'll say it anyway... I hate this game. I hate it so much. I downloaded the demo, fired it up, and abra kadabra, the sound doesn't work. Also it doesn't seem to work with alot of other games after playing FEAR. Great, thats just freaking wonderful. Okay fine so I'll just play without sound, except, holy crap, about 5 seconds into LEVEL FREAKING ONE my character just exits the car while its still moving putting me on THE WRONG SIDE, THE WRONG SIDE, THE WRONG FREAKING SIDE of the dumpster. Now I cannot get past that damn dumpster and into the actual level. I mean, come on, who makes thios game, EA? Also can anyone help me with this stuff? I am totally wrong or what? Jesus, at least in the king of all buggy games, BF2, I can still actually play the damn game. Rant over.

FOr one, its not the games fault, its a ton more likley to be a corrupt download. Secondly its again not the games fault the level started out wrong, again most likley a corrupt download on install.

I ran it on medium and got above 60, got a x800xl, but man the AI in that game OWNS. They were jumping over platforms to get at you, diving under fallen objects and crap like that, cant wait for the real game since the demo owned.

Everything on maximum, 4x AA, with Super Sampling on.

Around 40-60 fps.

Running on Althon 64 3500+, EVGA Geforce 7800 GT 256 PCI E, 1gb Kingston DDR 400 ram.

Game looks amazing. And runs amazing too.

I put it on HIGH and im runing X700 pro , amd 64 3200 , 512mb. and i get sometimes some chopiness
