Suddenly the double-F9 cockpit view doesn't work

Up until today, I could hit F9 twice to get a cockpit-less view of air and vehicle units. Suddenly, it's stopped working.

Has anyone seen this before? Is there a fix?

This happened to me last night in a server, I restarted my game and all was good again.

It could also be a server option. Some servers do not allow the "nose cam" as it is called.

Hmmm...I've never been on a server that didn't allow what you are talking about. I always use the "C" key to cycle to the HUD without the cockpit.

so....are you calling us liars? some of us who actually admin servers and know how to use this setting and turn and off and know it exists? Huh, are ya boy, huh, u calling me a liar you silly little nOOb? Or are you just talking right out of your ass?

You can bind the nose came to a single key. I have mine set to my joysticks hat.

On some servers, it's disabled. I tried 'c' through all the views, etc. On the last one, I disconnected, went to a different server, and it was back.
