heres a 64 player map size mod http://totalbf2.filecloud.com/files/..._file_id=42469

and theres a 32 one out there somewhere that i played a while back. damned if i can find it now tho...
take a look through the other mods on the filecloud pages (via the totalbf2 front page) it must be there somewhere...

im not sure if im correct in saying this but i think the ai is still kept to an area the size of a 16 player map so they can't go to the full 32 or 64 map area.
we are all still waiting for a single player editor to be released by EA. its impossible to change the ai pathfinding without the editor.

as for adding more ai players:
go to the AI folder in the mod folder and find the AIdefault.ai file.

find this line aiSettings.setMaxNBots 16 and change it to whatever you want
for example
aiSettings.setMaxNBots 31

this will slow everything down because theres more ai players but my 512mb ram can handle 32 players. if neccesary try it with 28 or 24 players first...

I'm don't know why the hell EA limited single player to 16 size maps..

I guess they wanted to push multiplayer, but I think they need to patch this..
