Longer Round Servers?

Hey,

I, like many people find the rounds on BF2 servers quite short, and in the demo I found a couple of 'hacked' servers which allowed for games for up to or probably more than 2 hours. I really enjoyed having a couple of hours on a round now and then in the evening, but this no longer seems possible with the full game. Does anybody know any servers which do have longer rounds, if this is ofcourse possible.

Of course it's possible. You just have to find a server with a ticket ratio/rate, whatever it is, higher than 100%.

not familiar with the whole EA/Ranked thing either...

Are there limitations to ticket/player ratio & time limit on ranked servers? It'd be nice to play a map that lasted more than 20 mins...

I do believe that all ranked servers have to be set at 100%. This is since many ribbons and medals are awarded based on performance per round.

Our ranked server is 100% and unlimited time. If both sides are playing well the rounds can last INSANELY long.

Ranked servers have to be at 100%.

Anything more or less and its against the license agreement. I'd be curious if people are getting any actual ranked points on Chenzo's server. And if they are...better not let EA know...because your ranked status will get yanked.

What? I... uh... said our server is set to 100%... unlimited TIME.

Our server streams stats just fine, thank you.

Ok...misread your post.

My fault. We don't have any time limit either. But with a full server or close to it, even 300 tickets don't take more than about 25-35 minutes at most.

You just said the exact same thing twice because ranked servers can't change ticket ratios or time limits. Your server is no different from every other ranked server.

Can someone post a list of IPs that have unlimted round time... or just higher tickets?

... if you want to know if a server is ranked or not it tells you... when you click on a server look to the right where there are a few descriptions like.. FF or global unlocks.. it will tell you if there is a time limit too

I hate the too short rounds (sometimes done in like 15 minutes or less)....makes for perfect gaming for people with ADD. Which they do have.
