DONE & DONE yet nothing. Yes it was ranked, yes I had 100 kills before I went to play. Why didn't I get it? It's ****ing hard enough to get.. I freaking got the purple heart while trying to get it ffs.

sigh, as said many many times b4, 100 is wrong, you need 500 global kills for it

No, it's 500-550. Knife is 100.

Quickest way to get it is to go on one of the knife/pistol only servers.
