well thats not really true, i play with the number 7th guy on the leader boards all the time all he does is karkand. No tank,apc,203 whoring either. Just always a medic and runs around getting points infantry vrs infantry. Im at 40,000 points dont whore anything either. Its really all about time.

They are generally hated because they have more time to play the game when others wish they didn't have to work or go to school/college/university and stay at home and play games all day.

Not because they have a higher score or are considered (by some) to be better. Infact they are considered to be sadder in my mind because with all this nice weather (well here anyway :P) should be out being active in summer rather than spending 8 hours a day playing computer games (where as I spend 8 hours sat at a computer fixing them :/).

I generally dont like them because "most" are arrogant pricks and/or they whore BH/Armor/basecamp(uncap base)

Its always great to have a kid talk about how good he is because of his rank and how much he racks up kills in his tank. Im just going by my exp....those that are past Corp. are 95% of the time what I said above.

most of players I saw with a really high rank were medic noobs who rank up points and have shitty k/d on average game but I guess they are best at what they do....

look at this example:



the guy on the left is TwF.bELtraN. ranked NUMBER 3 overall in armor. the guy on the right is GODJOEY. ranked NUMBER 2 overall. this happened on karkand and at the main usmc spawn point. you know, up the hill? they were killing everybody who spawns there and the commander were dropping supplies like crazy! simply put, they were unstoppable.

so all the other kiddies kept saying how they were tank whores, throwing insulsts at them, etc. and not doing anything.

Simply because rank is not a factor of skill it is a factor of lack of any social life.

I never notice people's rank during a map. I just play and try to get some points. I may notice a player if I keep getting shot by them or killing them, but seriously, who bothers to look at what rank all the players on the map are? Why does it even matter?

Hey there guys first post so be nice. LoL

I love to read all the sh*t that peeps post up in here. Thinking they know what they hell they are talking about, when only looking at half truths and such. BLAH BLAH BLAH.

I will hit Staff Sergeant with in two days and let me tell you I dont sux. 13th best medic in BF2, and this is due to 2 things. TIME played and SKILLZ in the mad verity. Sure if you play allot you will eventualy get higher in rank, but the score per round matter just as much.

Lets say you play 2 hours a day and score on average 40 points around.And some guy playing the same amout of time scores 80 points around. Its simple math he is as twice as productive as you are, and if you ask me twice as good.

If they whore to get there then fine, I am a medic WHORE dont think before I go ito a gun fight I dont drop HP packs to run back and get if I get in trouble. Each class has some they do well and if you dont use it to its full effectiveness you will get pwned.

PLAY to win guys if they bunny hop you bunny hop, dont bring a knife to a gun fight.

Everyone automatically assumes that people Sergeant and above are shitty players and either have no lives or stat pad.

Why don't yall stop being player haters and accept that they are better than you, even though they may spend much more time playing? You guys make up lame excuses for why you are better than everyone else and just can't accept that people have a higher rank than you. So then you say "Ranks don't mean shit, they are all stat padders and high school kids with no lives"

wtf are you talking about? everytime i see a high ranked player (a rarity usually on karkand) i try to find out what his global is etc.. and they're 99% of the time good

Top people are armor whores most of the time. I really think that vehicles should run out of fuel because armor whores get really annoying.

Realistically impossible, simply because its a well known fact your cars can travel a distance greater than an BF2 map with only 1 tank of fuel, yet military vehicles often carry a much larger tank, possibly even multiple tanks, and run off of disel which has more combustable elements thus reducing the drain on the overall supply.

In essence if you were to make vehicle run out of gas, they'd need to traven forward and back on a 64 player map, at least 100 times.

i would love to be on the other side of those guys, just to see my C4s blow em to pieces...ive blown up a tank and 2 apcs in a row, with a tank...tank whores give me points, when theres any type of whore, i jump on the same thing and hunt them down, most arent good enough when you match them up with the same thing they have...ive blown up many sgt in a tank...but i like a challange, ill try the c4 first, thent he c4 on a jeep/go kart
