i just order this card to upgrade from a 9600 xt. is this a good brand and a good card. just wondering

Asus are ok, The X800XL would be a better choice as it's the same pricerange but has the full 16 pipelines.

Comparing it to the 9600, it will be a world of difference. I've owned the X800 Pro since it first hit the market and have had zero issues.

I have the Asus A-X800 Pro 256MB and I havn't had a single problem with it. Asus is one of the more reliable brands to buy.
