    EA Servers

EA should take some of those empty 32 person servers and combine the bandwidth so we could have some EC-WC 64 person servers, also make some NoVOIP 64 servers listed as such.

WHY NO VOIP... the game is so dull playing without voip =\ and takes out so much off of teamwork

        Re: EA Servers

It does create some lag issues, alot of clans/teams run teamspeak or somthin like it. So it would benefit alot of players if some of these "converted" servers had novoip.

That is a good idea. I wonder why they don't have any 64 player servers to begin with? I haven't seen any at least. I have experienced some lag issues with VOIP so I get some guys to use my Vent server...no lag and a lot more clear.

You probably never see them because you have the "Not Full" filter on.

werent they saying that they were going to add even more servers in the future? or something in that statement about the 1.3 patch?

                Re: EA Servers

They run like 3 servers off of the same machine (2 16-player, and 1 32-player usually), if they would run just one, they could likely have 64-player servers. It would be a good use of all those empty 16 and 32 player servers sitting around.

I think Gamespy handles all of the servers for the game (even though they are called EA Official Servers).

this is a good idea, I sometimes find it hard to find a good 64 player with some room

EA cant afford to buy a server powerfull enough to run a 64 player map. duh. they are bankrupt. they dont believe in massive team organizations. thats the reason the pings are not as good on their servers as they are on others. DEATH TO ALL WHO OPPOSE!!!! eat more cake.

Uhm, on the US WC servers I get 50-80 ping, on the US EC servers I get 10-40. Tell me whats bad about a 10 ping?
