Team damage counts as a TK?

I was just playing karkand and got kicked/banned for excessive tking from my favorite server THF.
Thing is I tked only one person by running them over and said sorry and I got kicked because he punished....but I tked only once...Thing is I got a few team damage when blowing up the enemy UAV center and im thinking that could be it.

Since you need 3 tks to get kicked, I think the team damages might have counted for that....

Tk system sucks btw. i was having such a great game and bam youre kicked by running someone over with your tank on aciddent.

Ya, i was in "Operation Clean Sweep" I think it was, and i was in the plane at the start of the round ready to take off and then about 10 of my allies were running across the runway, so i take off and then like 3 of them JUST STAND THERe int he middle of the runway and do nothing, so i end up running htem over and getting like -10 or something
