plane and helo settings

i have the question of the week for everyone. when setting up the joystick for planes and helos. the settings always end up backwards. left becomes right, up is down, u get the picture, is there any way to fix this?

Nahh im just kidding.

Go to options and click on controls. From there go to heli and click "inverted mouse" button on the bottom left. It should be Xed un X it.

will the inverted mouse settings correct the joystick settings? on 1942 the settings would be like axis 1 + and axis 1 -, BF2 just doesnt have the plus or minus so how do u which is what? thanks.

The default settting are inverted you just click the dialog box which uninverts them:hmm:

yes - there IS a BUG in controls settings for jopstick

this is the ONLY way to make it work right . . .

when it asks for ROLL inputs
you MUST place cursor in LEFT roll, then roll the joystick LEFT
then "right" roll will auto complete (it will say the same axis as left (eg axis 3) - it is ok)
and for pitch - make sure you place cusor in UP
then pull back on stick (down will auto complete)

if you do this any other way, your roll and pitch will be AFU ( ie wrong)

Never had a problem, when you select the movement like left just make sure you push the stick to the left :shrug:
