How do you turn off VOIP when Squad leader?

I know as Commander I can turn off VOIP by pressing the little speaker button next to the squad list, but as squad leader, how do you turn off VOIP?

I was in a round where this 14 year-old kid was commander saying and SCREAMING over VOIP...I finally had to join another squad as a member.

Oh, and we tried to mutiny him, but you know how that goes...

You have to go to the score screen, click on the 'Manage' tab, and click the speaker icon for all the players you do not want to hear.
