Rank Lost?

i am at lance corpral right now and when i join a server any server not just one server ive tried over a dozen servers, and when i got to my bfhq it says im the first rank and i dont have my g3 unlock and all my stats are at zero, dont tell me to log back out and log back in its been like this for about 3 days now and i was just wondering if anyone else had this problem

They had a problem last night with the stats server but all is well now!
try deleting your account and retrieve it back
