Far East and Mid-East Service Ribbon

Anybody knows what you have to do to get these two ribbons? I noticed allot of people already have these ribbons.

well on this site under ribbons it says those ribbons are currently 'N/A' where it normally says what u have to do....

Well explain to me, why this guy http://bf2s.com/player/43501925/ has the Far East Service Ribbon while he only played 44 hours as PLA... :?
