Stupid game!

I am really ticked off right now because I can't install 1.02 and I can't uninstall the game! When I try to uninstall this pops up,

Here is a brief explaination of my story
-Bought the game
-Installed and worked fine (4 Days)
-Then couldn't join online
-Uninstalled
-Couldn't reinstall
-Reformatted
-Installed
-Installed 1.02
-Tried to join server but then the modified content thing showed up
-Uninstalled
-Reinstalled
-Can't install 1.02 or uninstall game! What do I do now!

What the...delete the game manually and google for something called "reg cleaner"...run that to try to clean up any registry entries you may have that you dont need (including those associated with BF2), reboot and try reinstalling again?

Just delete the fking BF2 folder and reinstall

last time i deleted the bf2 folder it wouldnt install again

i say go back in time by using pc system restore.

I had this problem, trawlled the net no real answers, tried the
"rename or delete the installsheild folder" and
"edit registry reboot in safe mode"
but nothing worked but then I created a new admin user log on and installed from there wilth no problems!!
