What's the unlock weapon for Spec Ops

Hey guys,
I made a big mistake in using my first weapon unlock to unlock the AT auto shotgun. The thing is lethal in close combat, but sucks otherwise. I use spec ops 90% of the time. I was wondering what unlockable weapon is specifically for spec ops. I'm a lance corporal right now with about 40% complete towards corporal. I just want to make sure that i use my next weapon unlock to get a better weapon to use for spec ops. Thanks.....sK

it's a great weapon, razor-like-precise, slightly lower damage output but it's worth being able to single-shot it and practically snipe.

G36C, very good weapon IMO.

It's the G36c, which is one of the best unlocks. It's VERY accurate, has a close spread (low recoil) and decent stopping power. You will lose the nice Spec Ops zoom (that the other guns have) but you gain alot as well.

Two bits of good news:

1) The push to Corporal isn't bad at all, so you'll be at your next unlock soon
2) The G36C is a great weapon - highly accurate, even at long ranges. I use it on single shot to surgically pick off enemies from a good distance off. Headshots become your business, and business is really good.

It has mediocre stopping power against armored troopers, though, so when it's on full auto and you're in close don't be mad if you get iced. Just aim for the head and hope they didn't see you first.

possibly the best unlock there is (yea my opinion shut up) it owns close range and long, single shot is hellishly accurate. The only thing it lacks is its a little weak on the damage side but the low ammount of recoil more then covers for that.

The unlock is the G36C. It has an iron sight instead of the laser pointer and it is a little stronger than the M4. But it is the most accurate.

its actually the same strength as the m4, and less powerful than the ak47u (MEC version). however, it is more accurate

ditto what these guys said, this gun is definitely worth it IMO. Since unlocking it for my first unlock, my overall accuracy has gone up from 18% to 22% in about a span of 1,000 global points.

Blackwater... you have been to blackwater and Didn't unlock a G36C first? Unbelievable! : P

Seriously though, the G36C is a fantastic weapon, both in game and in real life. My SL8-G36 conversion has next to no muzzlerise and I love the dual optics... I actually wish they'd put a G36K in the game with dual optics. It'd be more accurate and more controlable than a G36C, not to mention the red-dot/4x scope combo.... CQB and Sniping all rolled up in one... mm....

I've picked it up a bit and my mate plays a lot of special ops, he has this weapon unlocked and it's pretty good.

If you've played with and enjoy the Chinese Spec ops gun a lot, you'll probably like this one as well.

It has the same damage (25) against unarmoured targets as the Chinese Spec ops gun and the USMC M4. The MEC AK-74 does (28) damage against unarmoured targets.

It loses the good scope/zoom that the M4 and the MEC AK-74 have, but it has better accuracy like the Chinese gun.

I believe it fires a little slower than all the other Spec ops guns, but this helps increase the accuracy of the gun allowing you to 'spray' a target and he will drop quickly.

I know, I know ...at first i was really happy with the m4 carbine that came with spec ops. So i figured why not upgrade the mp5/AT. But as of late, as others have unlocked their first weapon, i realize just how limited the the m4 is. I'm looking forward to the G36C.
One thing though, i really like the red dot that the m4 uses. I just purchased a kel tec SU16 last week and threw on a tru glo red dot and i love the damn thing in real life as well as in the game. So i'm kind of bummed that the g36c will not have a red dot system. Don't get me wrong, it's nothing like your SL8-G36, heck i'd love one of those. But seeing as how I live in the People's Republic of Californistan, i'm limited in regards to what new firearms I can purchase. I do have a great collection that I collected pre ban including my M16. It just so happens that the guys at kel tec were smart enough to allow the new SU16 to be compatable with high cap AR15 and M16 mags. So I took my kel tec to the outdoor range a few days ago where swat and other law enforcement train and i was grouping like a marksman from 250yds....red dot all the way. Also, rapid firing with a high cap mag sometimes takes its toll on tactical rifles...but this mediocre rifle went through six high cap mags with not one jam. I highly recommend spending the measly 500 bucks and picking one up.

If you use spec. ops 90% of the time why did you unlock the AT gun?
