What's with the drop, role and shooting all in one motion? Is this a skill or cheat?

Simply go prone and then immediately strafe left or right while shooting.

The roll animation is only done by your external player model, your point of view does not shift.

Yeah, same as in UT2k4 where you make insane flips but only jump in fpv.

There's no skill or cheat involed.

You probably do so often if you go prone, you just haven't even realised it. Basically strafe while going prone and for everyone else in the game but you, it will appear though you roll.

Very stupid idea as it makes someone difficult to hit but doesn't effect their shooting abilities and I hope this "feature" is patched out in the future.

It is kind of BS, they need to make the roll happen in the aiming as well. Need a definate patch to fix it.

Or at least make it so you can't roll and shoot. Like when you sprint, you can't fire, so should it be for the rolling.

no you should be able to shoot while jumping, but you should have really crappy accuracy like IRL

seconded..........but i also agree that they need the run and fire thing fixed, again with crappy accuracy.......
