A few questions

1) What benifits do i get joining a clan?

2) How much is it to join a clan?

3) I like to attack in my own way, wether its in a chopper or on AA guns or whatever I feel like. I feel I work better that way. In a clan is that possible or do you have to join a squad?

4) When I go and play multiplayer from the top menu and join to a server, are you obliged to pay anything to the server?

5) I like to say I realy like this game and like it. I do however especially in single play go and bomb an area which contains a lot of enemys and consider if I get 1 on my men there as well its worth the risk of getting him killed too. But sometimes with my luck I get my man instead of a load of enemy men. Is this a problem playing online?

1) friendship, people you can play with and create tactics.

2) free. if the clan you join has a server, you may be asked to help pay for it. usually not mandatory though.

5) you get punished by morons and lose some points. kill too many and have too many punish and you get kicked from the server and banned for like 20 minutes or something.

Hi Royal,

1) The benifits are good teamplay and your own server to use also to meet fellow gamers like yourself.

2) It normally costs nothing but all depends on the clan really as some want you to contribute to server costs etc.

3)Well the clans normally work as a squad to get things done,as i said above it all depends on the clan really!.

4)No your only obliged to pay server costs, if you are in a clan however thats running their own server(some clans dont ask for payments and some do) then ull have to pay,its normally 15-20 pounds a month depending on how many players the clan has.

5)Its a case of learning a friend from foe,the more you play online and get a feel for the maps and where the enemy are usually kicking around the better the player you will become..its all practice my friend :)..

Here's my 2 cents
1 - You get to play with the same guys over and over, they learn your tactices and they yours, it makes the game fun as they can become on-line friends
2 - Memebership is usually free, costs time though
3 - The game's advantage is to use squads, it is easier for the commander to issue an order to your squadleader, you cna also use him as a spawn point to keep the heat on a desired target / flag.
4 - Normally no, some clans will ask you to pay a nominal fee, but they may grant you access to a server that you can always play on, and also they will most likely have a clan server / chat room
5 - You'll need ot work on that, TK's are a part of the game and if I get killed with 4 enemies in a bomb run, that is fine by me. If you do it once in a while, it is not bad. I heard yerterday that 12% of troops killed in IRAQ where due to friendy fire. Your clan mates should not punish you for that, you may get kicked outta the clan though....

CLANS can be fun, but play with them firstsee how they interect on-line. I woudl rather play with a crappy clan that has a good time than an excellent one filled with foul mouth rednecks and losers. Play for fun.

the game got WAAAAAAAAAAAAAYyy more
FUN to play with a new set of friends
(this is our 1st online gaming experience
5 years of intensive LAN play)

2. we do not charge $ in our clan
but as the admin pays about $300 per month from his own pocket,
( 1 ranked server, 1 private practice server and 1 Ventrillo server)
we all pitch in what we can, some $5. some 20, some $50, some (eg students - nothing, but then they help with the admin stuff, etc)

I have seen the avg fee between $5 & $12 per month (US dollars) for some clans

welcome to the game
even though there are tons of 'bugs' and 'unfair issues'
we love it
$150 ( we bought 3 copies of game for home LAN)
we have well over 100 hours of fun

Do clans ever kick yopu out for being rubish at the game. Against the ai's i tend to do well most times except when i increase the bots to over 30 then i struggle. online i struggle but have been getting better. I now casn keep the choppers in the air, lol

they might, or they might just prevent you from playing in matches against other clans if you do that kind of stuff. if they do, i would say they are pricks.

I only have single player mods, like the mod what gives u the 64 player maps and the mod which you can choose the amount of bots. I never go to multiplay with mods.

In a game last saturday i bombed this place on the Operation Clean Sweep map i bombed the enemys village thinking, none of our men are there and so i let the bombs go just hoping for some luck, hmmm i got it there commander and another player, didnt get the points because the ranking points system was down
