    Best mouse

What's the bet type of mouse to use? I like wireless ones but it's annoying when the batteries run out in the middle of a firefight, so I always use a wired one. Do you think it's worth buying one of these special gaming mice, or should I just stick to my normal one. Also is it worth buying a joystick?

    Re: Best mouse

I got a Logitech MX510 mouse and it's a nice gaming mouse, Logi has superceded it in it's lineup and came out with an MX518, which is supposed to have faster tracking and yada yada, but it looks the same to me. Your choice, but the MX510 you can pick up for beans now.

I roll with a Saitek Cyborg EVO joystick that I got for Desert Combat back when I heard about that game. Works great, I'd suggest it to anyone. Surprising though, how many people in this game fly with a mouse/keyboard. Still can't see how they do it and don't really want to. Flying with a joystick just kinda lends itself to the game experience for me.

I second the MX518. But this G5... nice. Maybe I'll take a look at that one, too.

I have a razer Diamonback as well, can't fault it one bit. I've had lots and lots of mice but this is the only one i've stuck with for a fair while.

And don't forget a good quality mouse pad. Just as important. I use the Ratpadz, but there lots of great ones out there.
