Bored with BF2 already where's the Mods?

Ok well 2000points off Cpl and I'm bored already so I just wanted to find out possible release dates for mods in one thread so wouldnt have to search around the other threads.
So any chance of a (possible) release date of mods and a link please!?
Especially a British Army Mod

I think that asking for release dates for mods while the BF2 editor is still just a beta release is asking for too much I'm afraid.

have you seen the HL2 Community Mods?

I mean, it was this time last year it was relesead (give or take 2 months) still, in that amount of time, no decent total Conversion mod has been released, they are all in BETA stages and often cause rage.. but any way.. you are very impatient, i mean, the games only out ffs

It'll be a while, BF2 engine is insanely complex and not very mod friendly.

It'll be nice when they start getting released.

BF2 is a flop in my opinion.......but the engine.....the mods are what's going to make this game worth playing. I think EA knew that, which is why they released such a crap game on a great engine.

why don't you try the project reality mod? the mod will feature the british army and change the gameplay to make it more realistic. there's a miniature version of this mod, called PRMM, project reality mini-mod, which gives you a feel of what they're trying to accomplish with this mod. http://www.realitymod.com , the people are very professional there.

i play the co-op mod all the time. enjoy it more than the original.
