Blue screen?

I've seen in alot of videos of people playing bf2, and the menu is blue? how did they do that?

It's called BoomTown Cam, a little into the beggining the guy shows a commander view, the screen is blue. (commander parts such as- Artillery/Supplys/squads/kits.. ect.)

The screen/menu appears blue because it's been filmed with a camcorder.
