medal, badges, etc

I am looking at the frontpage of this site under strategy guides on how to earn medals, badges, ribbons and stuff.
however, some of them have multiple things to achieve, for eg. expert engineer badge has:
· 1000 Global Repair Points
· 25 Repairs in 1 Round
· 1000 Global Hours as Engineer Class

so does that mean than in the first place, i have to have 1000 global repair points and 1000 global hrs as engineer, before i can try getting 25 repair points in just 1 round - so that i can get awarded the badge?
Or does it mean, i have to have EITHER 1000 global repair points OR 1000 global engineer hrs OR just get 25 repairs in 1 round?

so basically, does the "·" stand for 'OR' or 'AND'?
