Kicked by PB for inadequate o/s privlages

I keep getting kicked by Punk Buster for Inadequate o/s privlages. I do not know what this means. I dug up my admin account on my PC (Windows XP) but that did not help.

Please help me solve this problem because I cant play on any Punk Buster servers right now which means I essentially cant play BF2 multiplayer, get awards, get promoted, etc. Please help me enjoy the game I paid $55 for.
