How can I access the Commands Screen?! The one where i can tell my squads to defend/attack and all that good stuff... ive pressed every button but i cant figure out how to bring it up!

I think the HOME key works as well.
@ ConscriptVirus: the manual sucks...everybody has to learn commander mode by simply trying it
Single player mode would probably be a better option though
