I have a ati radeon 9250 256mb pci video card and 640 mb ram and a pnetium 4 processor 2.20 ghz. My prob is i just installed bf2 and i start it up and it makes it all the way to the create an account screen and then goes black and an error says there is a porblem with my vid card and drivers.

Yup, the 9250 is not supported. Because it does not support DirectX 9.0 or something like that, there was a technical explination somewhere around the forums. Its a revision of a previous chip which is not supported. -

o my god are u srious i went through so much crap trying to get the best card that will fit my computer which is a dell dimension 2400 and it wont work.

Oh that sucks.. The 9200 is quite a cheapy anyway so it shouldn't be to much of a loss.. Time for a new PC if you dont have a AGP Slot IMOComment

I agree, PCI-Express is what I would recommend, but if you can't afford it AGP is still suitable.Comment
