turned the corner into 3 guys that were 15ft away, pulled out a grenade and it hit the wall right next to me, Doh!, I ran back to get away from the blast. These guys spotted me but not the grenade and gave chase. As I was running away 3 kills popped up... not bad for some clumsy action.

When playing as support and providing covering fire with my PKM, I always stop every so often and look over my shoulder and I usually catch some person trying to sneak up and knife me.

They always seem suprised as they never react by changing weapons to something more effective. Knife vs PKM, even at close quarters is no match. :p

Some guy was in one of those small buildings on kubra dam capping my flag, he is trowing nades out, nearly killing me with one. I threw a smoke nade in, then proceeded through the back door and went prone right next to him. I was sitting there for a good minute before he finally turned towards me and I knifed his face.

It was on Oman...some dudes in a full dune buggy are driving right at me. So, naturally Im thinking "Great, Im fudged". The MG's are ripping and its coming right at me. So I went prone..........buggy went right over me, first and only time this has happened to me. They stopped, I guess the driver didnt understand why he didnt get a kill message on his HUD. So I let loose single shots at all their heads, starting with the gunners. Three kills. :)

I'm US engineer. Run down the MEC alley way toward their first flag..I head towards the ladder and 5 or 6 guys spawn on me...I open fire with my shot gun dropping atleast 4 of them, do the pull and drop(single right click) as i run with an empty clip...BOOM...takes out like 3 more people. I went back and got my flag

Ofcurse i was acused of spawn camping...comon...who spawn camps with a shot gun??

me and this other sniper was trying to snipe each other out. so i got out of sight and flanked him and knifed him. i dont think he saw that coming.

one time I was at the hotel on oman and there was 3 snipers surrounding it and I knifed all of them. I think they looked through their scope for too long because I came at them within peripheral vision and they didnt do a thing

The only time that i felt like that was at karkand. Me and about 4 other people were holding that one open area that the USMC has to go through to get to our flag. Well i was assault and we for quite a while only had to face one or two at a time. Then for a while there was no one. Suddenly 6 or 7 guys run through the entrance at once. 2 of our people die instantly. At this point I’m in about the middle and am more a less just spraying everywhere (somehow didn't hit a friend). We take out about 3 before the other two friends die and i have to reload my primary. So i take out my pistol and in one clip getting almost all headshots take out the last 4 people. In the end i had half of my health left and just stood there in amazement. I survived for about another 3 mins.

A little tale from an unranked Gulf of Oman game I played the other day. In typical Spec. Ops. fashion, I C4'ed the flag outpost farthest west (the one near the mouth of the river) and camped there to defend it. Given that everyone else was too busy trying to capture other outposts to protect the ones they already had, I was, alas, the only one there defending the outpost . I took cover in a nearby building and waited patiently for someone to try and take the outpost. Of course, when I see someone coming, I don't automatically open fire on them like some newbie, I let them think that no one's guarding it and when they get close enough to the flag, BAM, discharge the C4 and if there just so happens to be a few of them left alive, I switch to rifle and pick them off easy. It's pretty much an entry-level Spec. Ops. strategy.

Well, I was going about this strategy the other day. Every now and then I check the door behind me, just in case anyone tries to take the flag by coming in from the west. The other team consisted mostly newbies (save a few good players who, alone, were scoring the vast majority of tickets for their side), so I didn't expect them to try and do something clever like go down the river and take the flag from behind, but I decided to check, just to be safe. Lo and behold, I found not one, but two of the opposing soldiers there trying to claim the flag! They looked my way and caught me in the threshold of the building. They started to fire and I pressed the button. BOOM! Two kills with one pack of C4.

Not an interesting story I'll admit, but I do love it when a plan comes together.

I was playing late at night and the server stared to empty to the point where there is a vehicle for everyone and it becomes a game of 'drive to flag, cap,drive to previous flag, recap, back to first flag, recap'.

Two enemy peeps in a dune buggy thing came driving straight at me whilst I was in the chinese jeep thing. At the last moment I swerved and they ran into the side of my jeep.

We all died but I got 2 kills:laugh:

Our Team was been base raped on songthingy stalemate by a couple of APC's they decided all was clear (after killing me bout 7x in a row) and they both bunched up at the flag.

I sprinted (for what seemed forever) right into the middle of them, dropped 2x AT mines and expected to get squished. I ran around the back of them, one saw me and moved running over one mine, it blew!. The blast mustve moved the other apc slightly onto the other AT mine which took that out. I retook the flag and all was clear!

One very rare moment where i didnt take myself out as well :P

On Dragon Valley I was hiding behind a wall on one of the bases, and I was playing engineer. I had the Jackhammer (unranked server with global unlocks) and suddenly I saw two guys coming at me. I opened up on them with the Jackhammer on full auto and didnt hit a thing. I really thought I was screwed. One of the guys came at me with his rifle (I dont know why he didnt just stand and shoot - he must have thought I was an easy target and he's knife me or something) so i drew my pistol and pumped 8 rounds into him before he got close. He went down, I reloaded the Jackhammer and shot the second bloke from behind (he's gone down a slope and just stayed prone there). I thought I was dead, but I got them both :)
