anyone agree? I feel like I'd be better off just throwing rocks! I know I was right on at very close range and I still missed, WTF!!!!

Actually, throwing rocks in this game is a one shot one kill. Try throwing a smoke grenade at someone some time. Hit them with it, bam.
Rocks, or dead grenades, are the new uber weapon. -

yea it sucks hard compared to other pistols. Someone just gotta bunny hop and you dead.
They should make a rifle butt move. Like kniving. But with a rifle so it reaches further.Comment

I'm pretty sure there isn't any difference between the sniper/spec ops's silenced pistol and the regular one. I have to use it a lot as AT (most useful at midrange) and after I tried out sniper for a while I didn't notice any difference between the two in neither damage or accuracy.
It takes 5 chest shots to down someone with the pistol, so its no wonder why you think its useless. It's really only used effectively by AT and Engineer, as the pistol is actually pretty accurate, and gives a more useful option when fighting at longer ranges than your main weapon with those kits.
It can't really be useful at close range, more as a last resort weapon. Rather use claymores to prevent the enemy from getting close and retreat back to where you can use your sniper rifle.Comment

yeh its all in ur heads. the sniper pistol has a silencer which makes it longer and looks like it has more recoil when it shoots, and because its silenced and doesnt sound as loud as a normal pistol you think its weakerComment

From my experience the sniper and spec ops silenced pistols are quite lethal, even at range. Just remember standard techniques, tap the fire button, lead the target etc.
If you are quite close to the target and can tap the fire button quickly he's going down, the recoil is quite limited with this weapon.Comment
