Nvidia GeForce 7800 GTX

I have an Nvidia GeForce 7800 GTX and the core clock is running at 275 MHz and should be running at 430 MHz -Any ideas?

your looking at the 2d settings, thats it default setting for the 2d settings, the 3d settings are at 430. Downlaod a reg file called coolbits and then install it and then goto your video control panel and then goto clock frequencies and you will see it.
