I installed BF2 demo and it won't run smooth on my computer. I get high frames per second, but i have to cut down the resolution to even make it kind of smooth. it lags and gets choppy all of the time. I don't know how to fix it either.

Do you use an onboard sound card? if so bypass it and see if you get less lag.I have a friend that battled lag for a month and we finally decieded that was the only thing left to do and it worked like a charm.Buy a creative sound card there only like 34 bucks for a 24bit 5.1Comment

Installed 77.77, no change. Even in singleplayer i get like 25-30 fps when in a battle scene. I am using the demo.Comment
