    A different question about TKs.

We all know that the TK system is buggy, and makes little to no sense. But I've been noticing something else lately.

The other night I shot down an attack helo, and it apperantly landed on a teammate. This gave them the opportunity to punish me for a TK, which is fine. I know the game's odd like that. He punished me. This is fine as well. But when I asked the gentleman why he punished me for the charred helo husk landing on him, he did not respond.

Later, I had driven a buggy on top of a hill to take out a sniper with the MG. I parked on the side of the road and commenced firing. Apperantly, our Commander had the same idea and came charging up the hill in his own buggy. Although there was enough space left on the road to fit a pair of APC's side by side past me, I suppose the collision between us was inevitable. He rammed his buggy into the back of mine, killing us both. For some reason he got the opportunity to punish me for a TK? Fi9ne, the system is jacked. I can deal with that. But he punished me for running into me. So, out of curiousity I asked him why he punished me. Again, no answer.

I have made mistakes and done my share of TKing, and I rightly deserved the punish that followed. I'm fine with that. But when someone gets the option to punish me for an obvious flaw in coding, and they choose to do so, am I expecting too much when I ask why?

Oh, and just a bit off the subject, a second question. I've played a lot of FPS's, but this is the only one where I've seen far less socialization. How often do you notice someone complimenting someone on a nice shot or tactic, appologizing for a mistake, or just generally bull$hiting while playing the game? Maybe it's just me, but nearly every other gaming community I've been involved with was a lot more friendly. Perhaps it's just the overwhelming amount of minors?

1st question. yes you are expecting too much. if somebody punishes you for something that was clearly not your fault in any way at all they are hardly going to respond to you. they dont have anything to say you want to hear anyway.

2nd question. typing takes too much time. in which time you will likely be shot.

Yeah you’re right. There is very little conversation going on, or I’m just to busy to notice.
I know I’m usually to busy running around shooting or looking for cover when getting shot at to start to type that much.
I guess its because I’m looking out for my score to much on the ranked servers and trying to win for my team.

Typing takes too much time indeed. But they invented VOIP for that, only to bad not everyone (no n00bs included) is using it.
