promotion question

on the screen where you pick your weapon, there are boxes that show what each kit includes such as mines and a wrench for the engineer.

there are empty boxes there also. are these slots filled when you pick an upgrade or get to a certain level? right now i'm a corp and haven't noticed any changes with these boxes but i DO have 2 unlocks so far (anti-tank and enginerer)

they do nothing. just empty boxes.

Nope, just empty slots they COULD fill with equipment if they cared to.
