Good teamwork tonight...

I found that when I created a squad named TEAMWORK!!! people were generally more apt to follow orders and work as a team to get stuff done, whether it be defending a key spot, or flanking an enemy flag it was really fun!

I've kinda found that a key is, hanging back for people to spawn on you, giving frequent orders, and kicking people out of the squad that are all the way across the map doing their own thing. I thought it worked well and we were kicking butt for like a good 8 rounds in a row.

Just thought I'd spread my $.02 on what worked to get a little teamwork out of this chaotic game.

I do that a fair bit, but sometimes the squad leader in the squad named 'Teamwork' is a sniper on top of a building not doing his job as squad leader so that kinda sucks

I still haven't found out how that works. What do you need to do to kick someone? From a squad that is.

if your the leader you hit manage squad and it shows you your sqaud and buy there name is a check if you wish to kick... its cool too because you dont need a vote

I have also found out that giving appropriate names to squads really helps.

I like to be a squad leader (served as one in the army) and when I create a new squad I always name it after what I'm going to do. For example CP DEFENCE, ANTI-TANK, SPECOPS, SNIPER and so on. When I'm playing on Scandinavian servers I use FINLAND, SUOMI or FIN-VOIP to play and talk with fellow countrymen.

You gotta love spawning on your squad leader and find that there's one sniper and three guys standing around on top of a damn smokestack somewhere.

I love the squad feature. It's a complete rush to be in a group of 6 players stroming a flag. Not to mention having a smart commander that lays back so that you can just keep spawning to maintain the assault.
